3.                  Before You Order: 

a.      Confirm that the items selected are the items you wish to purchase.

b.      Confirm that all of the other information you have provided is accurate.

4.                  Order Processing:  Orders received before 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time are generally processed, Not shipped, by the next business day.  Depending upon order volume, however, processing can potentially take longer.

5.                  Shipping:  Orders received before 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time are generally shipped within 7 business days.  If we determine that, for any reason, your order will not ship within 9 business days of processing, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail. If express transit is paid, we will put your order in front of the shipping line and send out your order within 3 business days after the date of purchase.

When using standard ground shipping, customers should generally allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery once shipped, (taking 10-15 business days from date of order to delivery).

6.                  Damage During Shipment:  The items we sell pass a thorough manufacturer’s inspection prior to shipping and are insured for damage during shipment.  You are responsible for the product once it is in transit, including any damage or loss that may occur during shipment.  If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipper (typically Fed Ex, DHL, or UPS) and file a damage claim with the shipper.  The insurance is designed to provide you with the funds to repair the damage or loss.  The amount the item is insurred for is approximately the wholesale cost of the item minus shipping. We cannot take responsibility for damage or loss during shipment.

8.                  Return Policy:  We do not accept returns, exchanges or grant refunds under any circumstances, except as specified below regarding manufacturer’s defects. 

9.                  Manufacturer’s Defects/Warranty:  Although we do not accept returns or grant refunds, we will request the product manufacturer to ship replacement parts for confirmed manufacturer’s defects in an item you purchase from us.  The manufacturers of the products we sell generally warrant the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.  Although under warranty the parts will be free of charge however; the cost of shipping must be paid for by the customer in order to ship out the part.  If a part is lost during shipping you have the choice to file a shipping claim and to order the part from Efficient Future Inc. at your cost.  LegionGlobal makes no representation concerning any manufacturer’s warranty. Two stroke engines are not covered under our warranty, however the unit components are.  There are NO GUARANTEES on product color under any circumstances, however you may request a color. All customers will have two color choices to choose from.

11.             Efficient Future Inc. is the copyright owner of everything on this site and no portion of this site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without Efficient Future Inc.s express written permission, except as otherwise provided herein.  Without in any way waiving any of the foregoing rights, you may download one copy of the material on this site for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.  Modification or use of the material on this site for any other purpose violates Efficient Future Inc.'s legal rights.

This site, and all information and materials contained herein, is provided to you with a 1-month warranty.
